    VTG Desert Southwest Baby Doll Braids Purple Eyes 3lbs Ceramic Head Hands - She sits up without needing her back to rest on anything.
    She weighs over 3lbs and is pretty much the size of a newborn baby and almost feels like the weight of a newborn.
    Her body is stuffed with something heavy much like sand.  Her head and hands are similar to ceramic.  When you tap on the head and hands, the sound is a click.  The feel is cold.  She is not made of rubber. Her eyes are glass.
    She's 18" tall.  She is from an estate collection.  I do not know the brand of this doll, but I have three different ones that are all gorgeous.
