    Description

    Vintage Cast Iron Horse Head Hitching Post 10 1/2" High 10 Pounds 10 Ounces with a 3 1/2 Inch in Diameter Hitching Ring.  The bottom is machined to accept a threaded rod.  The hitching ring swivels up and down.
    The item is in very good used vintage condition overall. There are no cents of cracks.  There is minimal wear to the black finish and what looks like roughness from the casting, but this in also minimal (see under the left eye).  There is some surface corrosion where the ring fits inside the mouth.
