Lifts are in excellent condition and have not been tested.

Returns:

We only accept returns on items that do not work upon receiving them. We do not accept returns because the wrong item was purchased or the buyer has changed their mind. You must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item to receive a refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
