Original Utah National Guard Medal of Valor Full-size in Plastic Storage Case

This is an original, Utah National Guard Medal of Valor award in a plastic storage case. It came out of an old collection of National Guard medals. I know nothing about it, other than how it has been identified. Full size medal, with pin fastener on the back side. Pin is hallmarked GRACO - GI.
