    Description

    These two 12" x 21" shutters were used inside for a interior design effect and were put up with Velcro which has been removed.  There are no screw holes or mounting hardware marks.  They do have some hints of age in that there are a few very minor knicks in the paint as shown in the pictures.  I have also shown the edges that have a bit of glue or tape residue on them.  Overall they look brand new.  I have listed them as PVC as I believe they are a high grade PVC with a factory coloring, but I am not sure as to the type of material.  The are solid and do not bend and each one weighs about 3 pounds.  The louvers do not move.  The last four pictures represent their rich green color the best.  The price is for the pair
