    All items qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in the same condition as received and must include the original packaging and content in-tact. IF NEW,  ALL packaging, documentation and accessories that came with a new item must be included. Returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item. For any return request, please contact our Customer Support through the eBay messaging system and you will be assigned an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. A 10% re-stocking fee may apply if items are not defective and returned for any other reason. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the refund once we receive the item back. Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back and the customers' expense. Please note: All serial numbers are recorded to protect against fraud and we diligently inspect all incoming returns to ensure the item failure is as stated.
