Brand new solid wood Hunter Douglas Interior Plantation Shutters  33 5/8" W x 45  1/4" L_. They have never been hung or used in any manor. Please note they have been in storage so there may be some slight scuff somewhere and may need to be wiped down.
They are coming pre-hinged, however we will not be shipping with the frame it's just too expensive for the buyer.
These are NOT a cheap imitation with filler strips,do it your self, or home improvement shutters for sure! The louvers and stiles on this shutter are solid thick,sturdy and built to last!  It has a single tilt rod and 3 1/2" louvers.The total measurement without the frame is White 33 5/8" W x 45  1/4" L
.
MOUNTING
The frame is not included in the listing as the dimensions and weight of the frame skyrocket the buyers shipping costs. Unfortunately, we have zero control over what the buyer is being charged.The frame is not  necessary for mounting. A very inexpensive alternative is to simply have your local hardware or lumber  cut a 1" x 1",1" x 2", 2" x 2" piece of treated lumber the same length as the shutter depending on your opening and how you chose to mount it. For decorative
purposes
you can always put trim work on top or around the entire area.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
***As always it will be packaged with an extreme amount of care to arrive safely and as described to its new home. All pictures of shutters,packaging and box are taken on the day of shipping. In the unfortunate event that the shipping company should ever damage them (let?s hope not) beyond repair and render them non functioning,please take all pictures immediately of packaging materials used,damaged area and box. A return can only be finalized after the claim is completed in it's entirety for a full refund of the damaged item that can't be repaired and renders it totally non functional. If the area they damage is a staple,louver or tilt rod the cost of repair which does not exceed the cost of the shutter will be covered. Please submit pictures to myself or FED Ex in order for them to complete the claim process.Buyer pays for return shipping if you choose not to have a small repair cost paid in the event of shipping negligence.
