New never used, pencil came sharpened it looks like the tip has hit the edges of the inside of the plastic cap, leaving the tip a bit dull
there is some price sticker residue above the plastic cap
The pencil also makes a crackling sound due to the glue that holds the decal on having dried up. The edges are not lifting its just air pockets along the body of the pencil
