    Antique Trade Card from the late 1800s.
    This card is part of a collection we purchased.  The Cards, Advertising Cards, Greeting Cards and Rewards of Merit  were in 2 elaborate 24K Gold Embossed Scrapbooks. Some of the items had to be soaked off the pages as they were glued back to back in the album pages. (Some of the items have traces of the glue attached. See our other auctions for other rare items in this post CIVIL WAR era collection)
