Fresh from an estate sale is an antique Eagle Flag Pole Topper dating to the 1800’s. This Flag Pole Eagle is cast iron with great patina and hints of its original bronze gilt finish (see all photos for finish). Has a blacksmith rivet holding the two halves together. Rivet is very tight. This antique Flag pole topper is approximately 6 1/8” across wing tips x 4 1/4” head to tail x 4 1/2” tall. This Eagle Flag Pole Topper is displayed on a rustic piece of wood. Good condition with no chips, breaks or cracks. There is finish wear. This would make a great 1800’s Flag Pole Topper to add to your collection.
