8"T  - Antique French Carved Wood Finial Archtectural Salvage Display
This piece is so lovely !
It is in solid walnut wood carved by hand.
It was part of a set of woodwork in an old French bourgeois house.
On the base there is a hole with a wooden screw thread
It measures approx (21 cm) 8.27” wide at base area and is approx (20 cm)  7.9” tall to the tip of finial.
Weight 930 g
It is made of waxed natural wood
It is a high quality finial made by the old French knowledge of cabinet-making.
Beautiful relief sculpture.
Beautiful patina.
Great condition with only age appropriate wear.
Love to decorate with these beautiful finials and this one is especially gorgeous!
