    Brand new and sealed.
    I am not sure if it still works as the packaging needs to be opened and the batteries changed but it has been stored safely away in a cool dry place for over 20 years.
    The only sign of age is the disposable plastic packaging has yellowed over time-the actual poster itself looks just as it did when purchased.
    Plays the song “GET DOWN”!
