1893 Masons Masonic Medal & Ribbon - Lodge 12, Salt Lake City, UT

I don't know anything about masons so please use your expertise.  This is a large ribbon with a metal pin on top and it has a celluloid picture of shaking hands.  There are actually 2 ribbons attached.  The white ribbon at top has two flags and a metal gold tone frame around a celluloid picture of the masonic emblem. Bottom of the front of ribbon says "High Marine Lodge NO 12
F. & A.M.,  Salt Lake City, Utah organized sept 12
, 1893".  ON the backside of the ribbon It says "In memoriam High Marine Lodge N. 12 F.& A. M. Salt Lake City, Utah organized Sept 12, 1893. Everything is great condition.
